The Cadac Carri Chef 40 is a gas barbecue with a ceramic GreenGrill BBQ grid and paella pan for outdoor cooking. The 39cm BBQ grid is suitable for grilling, while the 36cm paella pan can be used for dishes such as paellas, curries and chilli. It has automatic piezo ignition, adjustable temperature control, a removable pot stand and two-part legs with easy screw-in fitting. An adjustable foot on one leg helps provide stability on uneven ground.
The barbecue includes a dome lid with a thermometer and stay-cool handle, which hooks onto the side to act as a windshield. A utility shelf provides space for tools and condiments, while the removable enamelled fat pan with flame peep holes makes cleaning easier. When not in use, the barbecue packs away into the included storage bag with secure leg holders. The Carri Chef 40 is compatible with Series 40 cooking surfaces. A regulator and hose are not supplied with the barbecue.
