Shipping policy

Online orders over £45 and under 30 kg will be delivered by DPD UK or DHL free of charge.

Online orders under £45 will be delivered by DPD UK or DHL for £3.95.

Online orders over 30 kg (large items) can be delivered in a 15-mile radius free of charge direct from our superstore. Alternatively, these items can be collected.

Delivery to the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, or the Channel Islands may incur an extra charge— please contact us for a quotation.

We aim to process orders the same day and will contact you if, for any reason, your item is out of stock or delayed and offer you either a new delivery date or a refund.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

We aim for orders to be dispatched the same day, and if the order is placed by 2pm, then orders are usually shipped to your door the next day. If for whatever reason this isn't the case, please allow up to 3 days, and if you still haven't received items, then please contact us, where the team can look into the status of your delivery.

What if I change my mind?

If you decide you no longer want your purchase, please contact us to arrange cancellation and to receive a refund.
