A new interior concept with enhanced functionality: the new California is a campervan designed for every adventure, while also offering plenty of practical features for daily use. The new California continues the Volkswagen campervan legacy.
The new California campervan, with two sliding side doors, features a redesigned kitchen with a gas hob, sink, and accessible cool box, enabling a versatile three-zone camping experience with easier entry, outdoor cooking, and sheltered dining under an optional awning.
Digital features and intelligent assistance systems make practicality standard in the new California. Climate control in the passenger area, interior heating via the auxiliary heater, ambient light control (all around roof lining), and many other functions are all easily accessible via three touchpoints: the California app, the infotainment display, and the new camper control unit integrated in the C-pillar with a 12.7 cm (5-inch) portrait touch display.

The California Oceans offers comfort in a small space. Despite being a small van, the California still comes with everything you could possibly need. The van has a kitted-out fitted kitchen with a deep fridge, 2 burner gas stove and a sink. It also has under cupboard storage for all the essentials you will need to cook/eat with. This luxury van is extremely simple to use with its touch screen control panel. The California has a small double electronic pop-up roof bed, which whilst popped up can be elevated to create enough space for standing inside the van. You also have the ability to convert the downstairs seating into another bed, really utilising the space in the van. The front seats also swivel, so meals can be enjoyed as a family inside the van with the slide out table.
