OUR COVID-19 BOOKING PROMISE
We want you to be able to book with confidence so that you can look forward to trip, not worrying that a COVID related issue might mean that you are out of pocket.
Simply Move Your Booking. Subject to availability, you can move your booking to the same break next year.
Transfer to a later date. Subject to availability, we will do our best to help you move your booking to a later date with no admin fees. If the cost of your new date falls into a higher season than your original booking, then you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s in a lower season, we'll of course refund you the difference.
Defer your dates. We appreciate that peoples' lives are tricky and organising trips can be challenging at the best of times. If you know you still want to hire a vehicle from us but you just can't commit to a date yet, then you can defer your booking. We will hold your payment against your account and you can put this towards a new booking of any of our vehicles. Don’t worry about taking your time as there’s no deadline for re booking just come back to us when you are ready.
ADDITIONAL HOLIDAY PROTECTION
We are pleased to be able to offer refund protection through our partnership with Booking Protect.
This refund protection allows you to apply for a full refund on your order should you, or anyone in your party, be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes injury, illness, travel trouble and other unexpected events.
Full details can be found in the terms and conditions during the booking process. The option to buy refund protection will be automatically offered at the time of booking
